Where is Parking Chester Located?

Parking Chester is located at Newgate Street, Chester, CH1 1DE, just a short walk from Grosvenor Shopping Centre. Its central location provides easy access to Chester Cathedral, Chester Train Station, popular restaurants, hotels, and major attractions.

Parking Chester accepts card payments at Pay Stations (cash not accepted) and Hozah® Autopay for automatic billing. You can also make a one-time online payment for added convenience. With Hozah® Autopay, your vehicle is automatically charged when you enter and exit the car park, ensuring a seamless parking experience.

The Pay Stations at Parking Chester are conveniently located in the car park lobbies on Levels 1, 2 and 3.

No, all payments must be made when leaving the car park.

Yes! You can buy monthly, quarterly, and annual permits using Hozah, but you must sign up for an account first, as this payment option is not available at Pay Stations.

No, we do not offer reservations. Parking is first come, first served.

As a season ticket holder, you can access Parking Chester’s 401 parking spaces. While parking operates on a first-come, first-served basis, our ample capacity ensures that finding a space is rarely an issue.

Yes! Parking Chester is a secure facility with 24/7 CCTV surveillance and regular security patrols to ensure the safety of all vehicles.

No, Parking Chester is strictly a car park and does not have dedicated spaces for motorcycles, bicycles, or scooters.

No, but electric vehicles are welcome to park in any available space within the car park. However, we do not currently have an EV charging station.

Vans and any 4-wheeled vehicle within the height restriction of 2.05m can park at Parking Chester.

No, Parking Chester does not provide luggage trolleys, as it is a dedicated car park.

No, Parking Chester does not provide locksmith or vehicle entry assistance.
